The government has changed the border crossing rules for some men.
Changes in the Rules for Crossing Ukraine's Border
Humanitarian and medical cargo can now be transported across the border of Ukraine according to general rules. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service.
The government has decided to amend the rules for crossing the border for men aged 18 to 60 who are transporting medical cargo and humanitarian aid.
Previously, the decision on their departure was made by the Ministry of Communities and Territorial Development of Ukraine or military administrations, but this regulation is no longer in effect.
From March 3, the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications is suspending the issuance of letters of facilitation to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for the departure of artists and media workers abroad.
Recently, Kyiv residents organized illegal transportation of military conscripts to Moldova for $15,000. They were arrested by the capital's law enforcement.
Ukrainians who are abroad can arrange booking from mobilization through special centers.
