He fled and earns money from Russian-speaking songs. Music reviewer exposed Serhiy Babkin.
Ukrainian singer Serhiy Babkin, who is abroad, performs Russian-language songs by the band 5'nizza due to their popularity. This was stated by the head of the publication about Ukrainian culture LiRoom, Oleksiy Bondarenko.
Bondarenko believes that the singer's position is unfair.
“His position is that he sings solo in Ukrainian, while in Russian - only with 5'nizza. This is a very cunning position that does not correspond to reality. But in 5'nizza, he earns more money than in the project Serhiy Babkin,” said Bondarenko.
Bondarenko suggested that Babkin plans to return to Ukraine.
“It will be hard for Babkin, but he will return. He really wants to, he is trying, sending press releases,” the journalist said.
Earlier, Serhiy Babkin's wife, Snezana, stated that she would not publish military news on social networks to avoid spreading negativity and depression.
Serhiy Babkin and the band 5'Nizza are collaborating with a Russian promoter to organize concerts abroad.
They also planned a charity tour in the USA and Canada, during which they will collect funds for the needs of the Ukrainian army. Serhiy Babkin posted a photo from Miami on his Instagram and invited his fans to this event.
However, under this post, several negative comments appeared from users who condemned the singer for leaving the country and expressed their disappointment that musicians can leave Ukraine, suggesting that Babkin does not plan to return.
