Massive attack by Russia paralyzed state registries: which services are unavailable.
According to ТСН: There have been disruptions in the operation of several state registries administered by the Ministry of Justice in Ukraine. This occurred due to power supply issues at one of the data processing centers.
National information systems have reported that unstable access to some unified and state registries may occur due to power outages, particularly related to civil status acts and debtors.
Restoration of system operations
The relevant services are already working on restoring power supply and stabilizing the systems. They will inform when access to the services will be fully restored.
Shelling of energy infrastructure
Problems with the operation of the registries arose against the backdrop of massive attacks by Russia on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The enemy continues to systematically shell energy facilities in various regions of the country.
It should be noted that recruitment centers will gain access to the registry 'Oberih'. Under the legislation, the list of bodies authorized to maintain and use the Unified State Register of conscripts, military personnel, and reservists has been expanded.
From now on, the recruitment centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are also included in the registry 'Oberih'.
These disruptions in the operation of the registries highlight the vulnerability of our energy system to Russian attacks. Restoring the operation of the registries will be an important step towards returning to normal functioning of state services that depend on access to these systems. At the same time, the active inclusion of recruitment centers in the registry 'Oberih' indicates the state's efforts to meet mobilization needs amid ongoing threats.
