Fish prices have decreased in Ukraine: fresh cost of carp, herring, and mackerel.

Fish prices decreased at the end of October

According to the portal Minfin, Ukrainians were shown how fish prices changed at the end of October.

Fish has always been one of the favorite products of many Ukrainians due to its beneficial properties and flavor diversity. However, recently, fish and seafood prices have undergone some changes in Ukraine.

As of October 31, the cost of major types of fish, such as carp, mackerel, and herring, changed as follows:

Live carp in average decreased in price from 179.13 UAH/kg to 145.50 UAH/kg

Gutted carp became cheaper from 229.00 UAH/kg to 184.00 UAH/kg.

Lightly salted herring also decreased in price from 169.48 UAH/kg to 164.33 UAH/kg.

Frozen mackerel became cheaper, by more than 10 hryvnias – from 177.29 UAH/kg to 164.00 UAH/kg.
