Larysa Zalinska intends to become part of the Russian national team
Four-Time champion of Ukraine in rowing Larysa Zalinska stated that she plans to join the Russian national team. She wants to participate in all-Russian competitions and qualify for competitive teams. Zalinska also complained about several criminal cases that have been initiated against her.
Furthermore, Larysa Zalinska has been included in the database of the 'Peacemaker' website and has been stripped of sports titles and awards in Ukraine. She left the country disguised as a tourist and went to Russia, where she stated that she is Russian and has always been Russian-speaking.
