Synergy City wins the Choice of the Year award: what makes the complex unique.

According to ТСН: The construction group "Synergy" has been receiving the award for "Developer of the Year in the suburbs of Kyiv" for seven consecutive years according to the "Choice of the Year" award.

One of the important parts of this ecosystem is the children's play spaces. Hip Park is a project by a Ukrainian manufacturer that meets international standards and is presented in Finland. The new generation playground has become a favorite place of recreation for children. They choose who to be today: explorers, builders, or heroes of their own stories.

The playground features slides of various sizes, rope nets, swings, trampolines, climbing frames, and sandpits, promoting the development of motor skills, imagination, and social connections. The space is suitable for children of different ages.

The design of the playground was carried out by the Hip Park team together with educators and child psychologists. This professional approach ensured the result: there are always many children near the slides, learning to share, yield, and dream. The architects of "Synergy" took care to organically integrate the playground into the landscape of the garden courtyard, using safe materials and rubber flooring for comfortable play.

The Hip Park playground is just the beginning. Work has already begun to expand the play area for older children. Ahead are new dynamic structures and interesting game scenarios.

A neighborhood where everything is nearby

The complex is constantly transforming into a self-sufficient urban center. Over the year, dozens of stores have opened here: supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and services. Nearby are ATB and VARUS, and delivery services are operating. Many daily needs are met within the neighborhood.

A community instead of a sleeping area

"Synergy City" actively lives events. Throughout the year, various events are celebrated here - from Easter to Ivan Kupala. For children, foam parties, "City of Professions", Halloween, film screenings, and master classes are organized. For adults - board games, a book club, and resident meetings.

The next stage of development

The construction group "Synergy" is already preparing the next phase of "Synergy City". The priorities are energy efficiency, quality improvement, and service. Spacious terraces, shelters, new paddle courts, and improved sports areas are planned.

Social responsibility confirmed by actions

In 2025, the company allocated 7.5 million UAH to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and handed over an apartment in the "Synergy Kyiv" residential complex for a charity raffle aimed at raising 100 million UAH for the Third Army Corps.

"Synergy" systematically invests in education and culture: for seven years, the "Synergy's Honor Student" program has been operating, cooperation with the Pavlo Tychyna Prize is ongoing, and lectures and cultural events are organized. The complex regularly hosts notable guests, and the Easter festival has become a significant event of the year with participation from well-known performers.
