The sports community of Ukraine was shocked by the news of yet another loss. Yuri Yegorov sacrificed himself at the front.

He was an athlete, champion, warrior, and scout, reported the Boxing Federation of Ukraine on Facebook.

What is known about Yegorov

The defender of Ukraine was from the village of Ryzhany in the Zhytomyr region. Yuri pursued his heights from a young age. He represented the boxing club 'Stealth', was part of the regional team, trained under Vitaly Melnik, and was a true fighter.

At the same time, Yegorov also became a sports master in rowing and repeatedly represented Kyiv at the Ukrainian championships and international competitions.
