Deferral for Care — What to Do If You Have Foreign Relatives.
A conscript citizen has the opportunity to obtain a deferral from mobilization if he must care for his lonely father, even if he has other children living in another country and are citizens of another state. However, to do this, he must go to court and prove that those relatives cannot physically provide care.
Lawyer Yuri Aivazyan, in his publication on the 'Lawyers.UA' portal, discussed the possibility of obtaining a deferral from mobilization in cases where foreign relatives cannot take care of the father. He emphasized that a court decision is required to achieve this goal.
Conclusion
Thus, according to the lawyer's advice, a conscript has the opportunity to obtain a deferral for taking care of his lonely father, even if other relatives live abroad, but for this, he needs to go to the administrative court and prove this necessity.
