Dormitory Educator — TCC's Reaction to the Statement on Deferral.

An important news item for dormitory educators at institutions of vocational or pre-higher education has appeared on the 'Yuristy.UA' portal. According to legal experts, such employees may receive a deferral from mobilization if they meet certain key criteria.The mentioned CMU resolution states that a dormitory educator is a pedagogical worker, therefore, they are entitled to a deferral from mobilization. However, to benefit from this, they must have a pedagogical position of at least 0.75.Therefore, if the dormitory educator meets the specified criteria, they can expect a deferral from mobilization in case of a state of war being introduced.
