Vinicius Junior Freezes Negotiations with Real: What the Star's Agents Demand.
Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior has decided not to extend his contract with the club due to an unsatisfactory salary offer. The club proposed €20 million per year, but the player's agents believe that this is insufficient and insist on additional bonuses to motivate the athlete.
The representatives of Vinicius argue that the current contract with a salary of around €17 million already provides stability, so an increase to €20 million without bonuses is not considered justified. They want the new terms to ensure the possibility of additional payments for maximum motivation of the player.
Negotiations for a new contract were frozen a few weeks ago, although initially, both sides showed initiative. Last season, Vinicius played 58 matches for Real, scoring 22 goals and providing 19 assists. This is already the eighth season for the forward at Real, where he transferred from Flamengo in 2018.
Vinicius Junior has shown resilience in negotiations for a new contract with Real, turning down the club's offer due to insufficient salary. The player's agents insist on additional bonuses for maximum motivation of their client, emphasizing the need for a variable part of the payment.
