During vehicle inspections moving toward the border, border guards found nearly ten men in two cars trying to illegally enter Moldova. One of the drivers turned out to be from Dnipropetrovsk region and was the central figure in organizing this scheme. He was tasked with gathering people from other regions and delivering them to the border for further transportation. But all plans were spoiled by the border service.
