In Myrnograd, Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, and Kurakhove in Donetsk region, it is almost impossible to enter, although there are still local residents, said the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
«Unfortunately, people remain in such cities as Myrnograd, where 3 thousand people live, Chasiv Yar where about 300 people are, in Toretsk approximately 600-620 people, in Kurakhove – about 600-650 people. It is almost impossible to deliver humanitarian aid to them,» said Filashkin.
He explained that all the roads in these cities are being shelled, so it is almost impossible to access them now.
Russian invaders have made cross-border raids into Kharkiv region, and there is noted advancement of the occupiers in Toretsk and to the south and southeast of Pokrovsk, according to the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
On November 13, mandatory evacuation of children with their parents or guardians was announced in 16 settlements of Donetsk region, reported the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
The evacuation from Pokrovsk is already ongoing, and there are no hospitals there, as reported by Oleksandr Humaniuk from the organization «Rose on the hand».
