Conscripts can undergo military medical commission without TCC: how to submit a request through Reserve+.
A conscript can outside of the TCC. To do this, a corresponding request must be formed in the 'Reserve+' application.
On the 'Jurists.UA' portal, lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan explained this possibility in his publication.
Request in 'Reserve+'
The military medical commission is an important element of military registration and general mobilization.
A citizen addressed lawyers with the question of whether it is possible to undergo the commission outside the TCC.
Ayvazyan confirmed that this is possible if there is a request in 'Reserve+'.
'Yes, it is possible. You form a request, you undergo the military medical commission', the lawyer explained.
Who sends the examination results to the TCC
According to Ayvazyan, a conscript is not obliged to independently submit data to the TCC.
'The military medical commission must send information about the medical examination results to the TCC in paper forms and electronically to the register', the lawyer emphasized.
Recall that earlier we reported on the timelines for undergoing the military medical commission and the process of obtaining documents regarding unfitness.
The lawyer's explanation indicates the possibility of undergoing the military medical commission outside the territorial recruitment center provided that there is a corresponding request in the 'Reserve+' application. He also notes that the transfer of examination results to the TCC is the responsibility of the military medical commission, not the conscript citizen.Read also
