According to the updated report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of the morning of April 19, 2025, Russian occupiers have suffered significant losses in the war with Ukraine.
Losses of Russia on April 19, 2025
As of April 19, the Russian Federation has suffered the following losses:
- Personnel - about 940,150 (+1,180) individuals
- Tanks - 10,676 (+14) units
- Armored combat vehicles - 22,256 (+9) units
- Artillery systems - 26,600 (+70) units
- Multiple launch rocket systems - 1,368 (+1) units
- Air defense systems - 1,139 (+3) units
- Aircraft - 370 (+0) units
- Helicopters - 335 (+0) units
- Operational-tactical drones - 33,176 (+111) units
- Cruise missiles - 3,148 (+3) pieces
- Ships / boats - 28 (+0) units
- Submarines - 1 (+0) unit
- Automotive equipment and tank trucks - 45,162 (+208) units
- Special equipment - 3,858 (+0) units
Occupiers' fleet activity as of April 19
- One enemy ship is in the Black Sea, which is a carrier of 'Kalibr' cruise missiles and can make up to six missile launches.
- There are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
- Three enemy ships are in the Mediterranean Sea, which are 'Kalibr' cruise missile carriers and can make up to 26 missile launches.
During the day, interest from the Russian Federation in the Kerch Strait was recorded:
- Six vessels heading toward the Black Sea, two of which continued toward the Bosporus.
- Seven vessels heading toward the Sea of Azov, two of which continued from the Bosporus.
It is worth noting that the war in Ukraine has been ongoing for 1,151 days.
