As of the morning of Sunday, September 22, 2024, Russian occupiers suffered losses in the war with Ukraine. According to the General Staff, as of September 22, the Russian Federation has lost:
- personnel - about 6,437,500 (+1330) people,
- tanks - 8784 (+16) units,
- fighting armored vehicles - 17,252 (+30) units,
- artillery systems - 18,414 (+81) units,
- MLRS - 1197 (+2) units,
- air defense systems - 949 (+0) units,
- aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 328 (+0) units,
- Tactical UAVs - 15,699 (+71),
- cruise missiles - 2595 (+0),
- ships / boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- automotive equipment and tankers - 25,102 (+79) units,
- special equipment - 3145 (+1).
In the conflict zone as of September 23:
- In the Black Sea, there is only one enemy ship, carriers of the Kalibr cruise missiles are absent.
- In the Sea of Azov, enemy ships are also absent.
- In the Mediterranean Sea, there is one enemy ship that can launch up to 16 Kalibr cruise missiles simultaneously.
During the day, the following vessels passed through the Kerch Strait for the benefit of the Russian Federation:
- to the Black Sea - four vessels, all four of which continued to move towards the Bosporus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - five vessels, four of which were already moving from the Bosporus Strait.
Currently, the 943rd day of full-scale war in Ukraine continues.
