The Russian Federation in the war with Ukraine as of October 23 has lost:

• personnel ‒ about 683,040 (+1,460) people,
• tanks ‒ 9,088 (+9) units,
• armored combat vehicles ‒ 18,229 (+30) units,
• artillery systems ‒ 19,674 (+51) units,
• MLRS ‒ 1,234 (+0) units,
• air defense assets ‒ 981 (+0) units,
• aircraft ‒ 369 (+0) units,
• helicopters ‒ 329 (+0) units,
• UAVs operational-tactical level ‒ 17,489 (+85),
• cruise missiles ‒ 2,625 (+0),
• ships/boats ‒ 28 (+0) units,
• submarines ‒ 1 (+0) unit,
• vehicles and fuel tanks ‒ 27,217 (+106) units,
• special equipment ‒ 3,509 (+10).

Occupant Fleet Activity as of October 23:

• In the Black Sea, one enemy ship, missile carriers "Kalibr" are absent;
• there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
• in the Mediterranean Sea, three enemy ships that are carriers of "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 28 missiles.

During the day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the passage through the Kerch Strait was made by:

• to the Black Sea ‒ one vessel, it did not continue moving towards the Bosphorus Strait;
• to the Sea of Azov ‒ two vessels, one of which was moving from the Bosphorus Strait.
