Zelensky to Present 'Ukraine's Victory Plan' to Biden, Harris, and Trump.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he will hand over Ukraine's victory plan, which includes various directions, to U.S. President Joe Biden. He announced this during the 'Ukraine 2024' forum.
Zelensky plans to present the 'Ukraine's Victory Plan' to Biden in September. He also plans to pass it on to U.S. presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. The plan includes Kharkiv region, security, diplomatic pressure on Russia, and economic aspects.
Ukraine's Victory Plan. I am not sure that I can say everything. One of the directions, part of which has already been done, is the Kharkiv region. The second is Ukraine's strategic position in the peace security infrastructure. The third direction is a powerful package to compel Russia to end the war through diplomatic means. And the fourth direction is economic. I will not go into detail about all of this. The plan has been prepared
Zelensky emphasized that it will be fair if he presents this plan first to the U.S. President.
"The success of this plan depends on him, whether we will be given what is in this plan or not... and I think I will present this plan to him at a meeting in September. And I think it will be right to pass this plan to both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. Because we do not know who will be the U.S. President. And we very much want to implement this plan," the president added.
Recall, Zelensky discussed with military leadership the response to Russia's shelling.
