Zelensky Held Talks with Italian Business: Key Meeting Topics.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with representatives of more than 30 leading Italian companies from various sectors of the economy. The meeting took place at the “Ambrosetti” forum in Chernobyl.
This was reported on the official website of the President of Ukraine.
Zelensky thanked the Italian entrepreneurs for their active participation in developing projects in Ukraine under conditions challenging for the country. He particularly noted companies providing energy equipment and humanitarian aid to Ukrainian partners.
Focus on Ukraine's Reconstruction and the Development of a New Economy
One of the main topics of discussion was the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Zelensky emphasized the importance of not only restoring but also creating modern infrastructure and a new quality economy.
"The reconstruction of Ukraine should involve the implementation of innovative technologies and the latest infrastructure," the President emphasized.
According to Zelensky, Italian companies may be interested in cooperating with Ukraine, particularly in defense production, engineering, energy, aerospace industry, and the information technology sector. These sectors have the greatest potential for mutually beneficial partnerships and investments.
The President also spoke about the “Victory Plan,” which he showed to partners in Italy.
