Winter garden, solarium and a dozen toilets - journalists showed a luxurious apartment of a Russian general in Odessa.
An apartment of the Russian general Mikhail Dmitriev was discovered in Odessa. This luxurious apartment, with an area of 1000 square meters, was purchased by his family in 2005. Law enforcement officers have now turned over this property to the National Agency of Ukraine for the Detection, Investigation and Management of Assets (ARMA) after the Dmitriev family fell under the sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council in 2023. The apartment in the house on Admiral Azarov Street is used by the general's wife, Larisa Dmitrieva, since the apartment was inherited by her after the death of her mother-in-law Yevdokiya Afonina, who was the owner.
This apartment is located in an elite area of Odessa, near the sea. It has five rooms, large main areas, a fireplace, jacuzzi, sauna, and some unusual design solutions. In addition, the house has an entertainment room with billiards, a sauna, karaoke, a play area and other entertainments. The windows of the apartment offer a view of the sea and the training base of the football club "Chornomorets".
Funding for this apartment is provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense, as Mikhail Dmitriev is a former Russian general who was involved in the development of Russia's missile program. Currently, ARMA is looking for a manager for this apartment.
