Akim Halimov, the author of the project 'Real History', who filmed a series about Ukrainian Christmas dishes with chef Yevhen Klopotenko at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, responded to the criticism that appeared on social media. He stated that this is another attack against Ukraine. He published a corresponding post on Facebook.

Halimov emphasized that Ukraine is at a crucial stage of ending the functioning of the Moscow Church. However, in his opinion, Russian propagandists are trying to hinder this process.

'We see a classic prepared special operation for the day... Yesterday was the anniversary of the Unification Cathedral, after which we received the Tomos. This is one of the biggest defeats for the Kremlin in Ukraine. The comments boil down to the phrase 'look at what you have brought us to'. It was better before. It is important to understand this!' - said Halimov.

The author pointed out that Russians are actively reacting to this news with provocative headlines.

'Look at how they reacted in Moscow - all their 'leading' media wrote about it. Skabeeva devoted an entire show to it. Even people who had not been heard from since 2014 appeared in the comments. This is a large-scale attack against Ukraine' - noted Halimov.

He also addressed the Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications Mykola Tochitsky, stating that representatives of the Moscow Patriarchate still use many monuments in Ukraine.

'Muscovites can do whatever they want, except for spreading narratives about Ukraine. We must remove them from our country. This is our strategic task. The Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra is one of the first locations in this battle. The Moscow Patriarchate is everywhere. And they are beginning to feel a surge of power' - he added.
