The house of former German national team player Kevin Kurányi in Stuttgart was robbed during his birthday. Money, jewelry, and several handbags were stolen, with total damages amounting to about 150,000 euros. No one was injured.
When I returned home, I saw light inside and was surprised. I realized something was wrong when I saw scattered items on the floor. I certainly did not expect such a situation. I managed to see the thieves who fled from the balcony and disappeared into the woods.
Kurányi played for the German national team from 2003 to 2008, having made 52 appearances and scored 19 goals. He was also a participant in the 2004 and 2008 European Championships, where the team won bronze and silver medals.
