The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a oil station in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation - General Staff.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian troops carried out an attack on oil infrastructure in Russia. This information was reported by the military command.
According to the command, on February 20, 2025, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) together with other military units attacked the oil pumping station 'Novovelychkyvska' in the Krasnodar region of Russia. This station ensures the operation of the oil pipeline Tikhoretsk - Novorossiysk-2.
It is noted that the attacked infrastructure is used to support the Russian occupying army. The enemy attempted to counter the Ukrainian strike by using air defense and Ka-52 combat helicopters.
The General Staff emphasizes that military actions against strategic facilities supporting Russia's aggression against Ukraine will continue.
