On August 11, queues formed at Ukrainian borders, which may cause delays for some drivers. The State Border Guard Service calls for preparedness for possible obstacles in the operation of electronic systems.

According to the information from the Western Regional Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the largest queues are observed at the exit to Poland. There are also vehicles waiting at other directions.

Situation at the border with Poland

  • 'Yahodin' — 2 buses (pedestrian crossing temporarily suspended, cars are not allowed);
  • 'Ustyluh' — 50 cars, 2 buses (pedestrian crossing suspended);
  • 'Uhryniv' — 10 cars, 0 buses (pedestrian crossing suspended);
  • 'Rava-Ruska', 'Hrushev', 'Krakyvets', 'Shehyni', 'Nyzhankovychi', 'Smilnytsia' — in these checkpoints, pedestrian crossings are not carried out;

Situation at the border with Slovakia

  • 'Malyi Bereznyi', 'Uzhhorod' — there are no queues at these checkpoints, but pedestrian crossings are not carried out;
  • 'Mali Selmentsi' — there are no queues, but the checkpoint operates on a limited schedule.

The mentioned queues may lead to delays in crossing the border and cause inconvenience for travelers. To avoid unpleasant situations, it is recommended to keep track of updates regarding the border situation and be prepared for possible delays.
