Military personnel can return from SChC by August 30: simplified procedure through Army+.

Military personnel who completed SChC before May 10 can resume service by August 30 through a simplified procedure via the 'Army+' application. To do so, it is necessary to submit the appropriate report. This information was announced by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

To resume service, the serviceman must send a report via the 'Army+' application. After receiving the report, the Main Directorate of Military Law Enforcement contacts them to confirm the data.

After the report is approved, the serviceman has one day to arrive at the Military Law Enforcement unit where they are to serve. There, they will be issued documents, registered or assisted in safely reaching the reserve military unit. For the restoration of cash payments and social guarantees for the fighter, the commander of the respective battalion will need three days.

How to submit a report for a change of duty station after returning from SChC:

• on the screen with the question 'Why do you wish to change your unit' choose the item 'I am returning to service after SChC';
• attach a recommendation letter from the military unit where you plan to serve to the report;
• indicate in the recommendation letter your current position in the reserve battalion;
• on the 'Additional Documents' screen, add a certificate that SChC was committed for the first Time: such a document can be obtained from the Military Law Enforcement representative in the reserve battalion.

Fighters who went for SChC after May 10 can only return to their military unit. Their resumption procedure will take several months.

Otherwise, a military personnel was convicted for committing SChC under the influence of advice from their mother. Director of the State Bureau of Investigation Oleksii Sukhachov reported that over 29 thousand fighters returned from SChC since November 29 last year.
