How to remove yourself from the TCC wanted list abroad: instructions for military conscripts
A citizen who has been declared wanted by the TCC without valid reasons can remove themselves from the wanted list by submitting a corresponding application to the recruitment center. Even if they are abroad, they have this right. This was reported by lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan on the 'Lawyers.UA' portal.

Lawyers received an inquiry from a citizen who is outside Ukraine and was recently declared wanted by the TCC, even though he updated his military registration data on Time and did not violate military registration. The man is interested in how he can be removed from the wanted list while abroad.

According to lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan's explanations, to remove data regarding military registration violations from the Unified State Register, it is necessary to submit an application to the TCC. This application can be sent independently or through a lawyer in Ukraine.

How to send a request for data removal

According to the lawyer, a request for data removal can be submitted in two ways: independently via email or through a lawyer. If the citizen truly has no violations of military registration, they should be removed from the wanted list.
