According to inkorr.com: The weather forecasters predict overcast weather across Ukraine on Tuesday, November 11. In the western part of the country, light precipitation is expected, while other regions will experience moderate rain. The worst weather conditions are anticipated in the Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Kharkiv regions.
At night and in the morning, residents of the western regions and Left Bank should be cautious — fog may form there, complicating visibility on the roads.
Night temperatures will range from +5 to +10 degrees across Ukraine, rising to +7-12 degrees during the day. In the western regions, it will be slightly colder (from +1 to +6 degrees), while in the south and east, temperatures will rise to +11-16 degrees.
Winds are expected to be weak to moderate, at a speed of 3-8 m/s, with changing directions.
Weather in Kyiv and the region
In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, overcast weather with moderate rain is also expected on November 11. Daytime temperatures will range from +7 to +12 degrees, while at night — from +5 to +10 degrees. In Kyiv itself, temperatures will be between +8-10 degrees both at night and during the day.
