According to inkorr.com: On Thursday, November 13, hourly power outages will be reintroduced in most regions of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of 'Ukrenergo'.

According to the company, the outage schedules will be in effect throughout the day — from morning to evening, with a volume of two to four shifts.
Reasons for Restrictions
These measures are being implemented due to the consequences of massive missile and drone attacks on energy facilities. The outages will also affect industrial consumers, who will be disconnected from 00:00 to 23:59. The state company called on consumers to closely monitor the schedule and information on the official pages of the regional energy companies.
'Attention! The time and volume of restrictions may change. Keep track of information on the official pages of energy companies in your region. When electricity appears according to the schedule – please consume it sparingly!'
