The government has allowed men aged 18-22 to leave the country: what you need to have with you.
Changes in the rules for crossing the border for young men
According to inkorr.com: The government of Ukraine has adopted new rules for men aged 18 to 22 to exit the country. Now these citizens can leave for abroad even during martial law.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that to cross the border, these individuals must have a passport and military ID with them. The latter can be in either paper or electronic format, and it must be presented at the request of the border guards.
The new departure rules for young men open up opportunities for travel abroad even in emergency situations, which is an important step in the development of the rights of Ukrainian citizens.
These changes can significantly impact young Ukrainians who are eager to gain new experiences, education, or job opportunities abroad. The government's steps facilitate adaptation to challenging conditions and provide freedom of choice for the youth, who find it important to realize themselves outside the country.
