According to inkorr.com: On Tuesday, November 4, cloudy weather with precipitation is expected across almost the entire territory of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
Forecasters predict that small rains may occur at night and in the morning in the western and northern regions, as well as in Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Kirovohrad regions. During the day, precipitation will cover almost the entire country, except for the eastern and southeastern regions. There may be fog in the south, which could complicate visibility on the roads.
The wind will blow from the southwest in the west and from the southeast in the east of Ukraine at a speed of 7-12 m/s. The air temperature at night will be +4...+9 degrees, while during the day it will fluctuate from +8 to +13 degrees. In the south, the temperature will rise to +16 degrees.

Cloudy weather with light rains is also forecasted in the Kyiv region and the capital on November 4. In some areas of the region, moderate precipitation may occur during the day. The wind will blow from the southwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s. The temperature at night across the region will fluctuate from +3 to +8 degrees, during the day - from +8 to +13 degrees. In Kyiv, at night it is expected to be +6...+8 degrees, during the day - +10...+12 degrees.
