450 Ukrainian officials are studying in Poland: what will change in the regions.
Second stage of the regional policy project
According to inkorr.com: The second stage of the project 'Accelerating the Development of Ukraine's Regional Policy with the Help of Poland' has begun. As part of this initiative, 10 online seminars lasting three hours each will be held. 450 civil servants and officials of various levels will participate in the training.
Thematic seminars
The first seminar is dedicated to the structure of the European Union, national representations, and the legal aspects of its functioning. In subsequent seminars, participants will become familiar with the organizational structure and legal mechanisms of the EU, cohesion policy tools, as well as the main EU funds, including FEnIKS.
“This course will help participants understand the role of regions in implementing operational programs, the financial flows between the EU, member states, and regional authorities, and other important aspects,” emphasized the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
Cooperation with Poland
As part of the collaborative project on the development of Ukraine's and Poland's regional policy, online seminars have begun with the participation of specialists for civil servants from central and local levels. These seminars cover key aspects of regional policy development, taking into account advanced European experience.
The project aims to increase the effectiveness of regional policy in Ukraine by simplifying access to knowledge and best practices applied in the European Union. This will enable Ukrainian regions to actively participate in European programs and initiatives, which in turn may lead to more sustainable development and improved quality of life for the population.
