Scheduled Technical Work on Oberih: What Will Happen to Reserve+ on October 9

According to inkorr.com:

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced scheduled technical work in the Oberih registry, which will cause temporary unavailability of certain functions of the Reserve+ application. The planned technical work will take place on October 9 from 00:00 to 06:00.

During the technical work, users of the Reserve+ application will not be able to receive services or update their military registration documents. To avoid misunderstandings, the Ministry of Defense advises to download a PDF version of their electronic military registration document in advance.

Unified Register of Military Personnel in Ukraine

A Unified Register of Military Personnel has been launched in Ukraine, which integrates with state databases to improve the military accounting system. This will not lead to automatic mobilization, but it will provide relevant information about citizens to territorial centers for personnel supply and social policy.

Furthermore, a draft law on 'amnesty' for evaders has been approved, which will allow for temporary reservation even for those who are wanted or do not have military registration documents. This measure aims to address the staffing shortage at important enterprises, although it raises questions about equality before the law.

Therefore, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to conduct technical work in the Oberih registry, which will limit access to the functions of the Reserve+ application. At the same time, the Unified Register of Military Personnel has been launched in Ukraine, which aims to systematize military accounting. The approved draft law on 'amnesty' for evaders has raised questions of fairness but is also aimed at solving the staffing shortage problem.
