Words from the England legend about Bellingham

According to The Sun: England football legend Sir Geoff Hurst advised Jude Bellingham's father to react more calmly to situations involving his children. He also noted some of the father's behavioral traits that concern him.

At an event in Bristol, Sir Geoff expressed his admiration for Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane, highlighting their importance to the team. However, the majority of his remarks were directed at Jude's father.

“What outrages me is the portrayal in one of the newspapers of the most influential person in English football - and that is Jude Bellingham's father. He complained when his son was substituted in the game - and that is an absolute joke.”

It should be noted that the football club 'Dortmund' has already banned relatives of players from being in the locker room after the incident with Mark Bellingham, when he expressed outrage over the substitution of his son Jobe during his debut match.

Expectations from Tuchel

Sir Geoff also expressed a wish for the German coach Thomas Tuchel to prove him wrong regarding his belief that a manager from another country cannot lead a team to victory.

“Overall, it must be said that the coaches who have achieved the best results for our national team have been English, starting from Sir Alf Ramsey.”

Sir Geoff believes that Tuchel has every chance of success but notes that so far his results are not impressive.

Sir Geoff emphasized that English coaches have shown the best results in history and hopes that Tuchel will succeed at the World Cup in the USA, Canada, and Mexico next summer.

“We would be extremely happy, regardless of our coach's nationality, if we could win the World Cup again - it is long overdue.”

A combination of strong results, diligent training, and quality team management may become the key factor for the success of English football in the near future.
