Retirement of the Outstanding Champion Jorge Velasquez
According to The Sun: Aidan O'Brien confirmed that the star horse Diego Velazquez, a Group 1 winner, will no longer participate in races after only two starts under new owners. This outstanding horse, acquired by Sam Sangster before his victory at Jacques Le Marois in Deauville in August, will now focus on breeding as a stallion at the National Stud.
