The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained how to obtain a new pension certificate after losing it. This can be done in several ways:
- through the personal account on the website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
- using the mobile application 'Pension Fund' in the section 'Communications with PFU' - 'Application for the production of a pension certificate';
- in person at any service center of the Pension Fund.
For the electronic application, you need to add scanned copies of your passport, taxpayer identification number, photo, and signature; if you submit the documents in person - you will need the originals and a photo (2.5 x 3.0 cm).
Document requirements
Each file must be no larger than 1 MB in JPG, JPEG, or PDF formats. Documents with more than one page should be uploaded as one file.
There are specific requirements for the size, content, and background of the photo, as well as separate criteria for the scanned signature.
