Problems when buying a car by technical passport
Ukrainian car owners face problems when buying based on a technical passport when the previous owner disappears. This situation also occurred with a Kyiv resident, Kostyantyn - the car was resold by third parties without his knowledge.
'Car owners can transfer their vehicles for use to others if they have the appropriate documents' - explained lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan.
