The lawyer explained how to check and cancel the search status at the TCC.
During wartime, Ukrainian territorial recruitment and social support centers can declare conscripts wanted. The purpose of the mobilization search is to establish the whereabouts of those who are evading service in wartime conditions.
Lawyer Myroslava Mostova explained that there are two ways to check the search status and to cancel it. The first is to contact the TCC and SP at your place of residence. The second, more modern option is to use the mobile app 'Reserve+', which allows you to check the conscript's status online.
The procedure for canceling the 'Wanted' status requires a personal appearance at the territorial recruitment center. The conscript must arrive at the TCC and SP, where they will receive a decree on the administrative offense. After that, they need to pay the fine provided by law and update their military data.
After completing all the procedures, the information will be removed from the registers, and the search status will cease. Adhering to all stages of the procedure is mandatory to avoid further legal consequences. Earlier, lawyers explained how often fines can be imposed for violations of military accounting.
Ukrainian military centers have the right to search for conscripts in case of martial law. This procedure can be completed by contacting the territorial center or by using a special app. After visiting the center and paying the fine, the person is released from the search and can continue with their affairs peacefully.
