You will need:

  • potatoes (medium) - 4 pcs;
  • onion - 1 pcs;
  • egg - 1 pcs;
  • flour - 2-3 tbsp;
  • oil - 5 tbsp.

For the filling:

  • chicken thigh fillet - 1 package;
  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking method

Lay the chicken fillet on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and if desired, grease with sour cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Grate the potatoes and onions, squeeze out excess liquid. Add the egg, salt, pepper, and flour, and mix until homogeneous.

Heat the oil in a pan, spoon the potato mixture, and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

In a baking dish, layer the potato pancakes and cooked chicken fillet.

Top with sour cream and bake for another 20 minutes at 180 °C. Serve hot.
