The tax office revealed details: which transfers to a card do not need to be declared.
When receiving money on cards or making bank transfers, do not forget about taxation. There are nuances that not everyone knows, and lawyer Bohdan Yankiv explained this in his blog.
Some transfers are exempt from taxation
In particular, this includes assistance to combatants, military personnel and their families, donations to volunteers, pension payments, and others. Even if the transfer falls under these categories, it is important to properly document each transaction to avoid complications.
There are no exceptions to tax payments
Even in cases where funds fall under exceptions, there are conditions that need to be met to avoid tax payments. Therefore, it is better to be informed about all the details and protect yourself accordingly.
It is important for Ukrainians to correctly understand the rules of taxation of transfers and to comply with them in order to avoid complications and uncertainty about the legality of their actions.
