For violating the rules of military registration or mobilization legislation, military service obligors may receive a fine. However, according to information from lawyer Roman Kichka, fines can also be imposed for the loss or damage of the military ID.
What Will Happen for Losing Military Registration Documents
According to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses No. 211, a fine may be imposed for the damage or loss of military registration documents (MRD). The penalty for the first offense ranges from 510 UAH to 850 UAH, and for a repeat offense, from 850 UAH to 1,700 UAH.
It is also worth noting that military service obligors have the opportunity to confirm their status through paper or digital MRD before the employees of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.
Violating the rules of military registration or mobilization legislation can lead to fines for military service obligors. Additionally, according to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the loss or damage of the military ID can also result in financial penalties.
