The actress explained that her statements do not concern those who are 'directly associated' with Torres, but they refer to 'toxicity and violent hate language on social media', which she continues to observe.

'I am a big fan of Fernanda Torres, and it was wonderful to meet her. In my recent comments, I mentioned the toxicity and violent hate language on social media that I unfortunately encounter. Fernanda has been a great ally, and no one working directly with her has shown anything but support and generosity,' added Karla Sofia Gaskon.
