Andriy Danilko (Verka Serdyuchka) caused a loud scandal a month ago at a concert in Kyiv, where he decided to emphasize his musical fame by performing Russian compositions. This provoked outrage and made a lot of noise, and now the court has decided to intervene in this matter.
According to the register of court rulings, the director of a recreation complex in Kyiv was found guilty of performing Russian songs during the concert, for which he was fined and charged court fees.
What the court decided
The court found that the actions of the director violated the law prohibiting the performance of music from the aggressor state and imposed a fine and court fees.
After this scandal, Ihor Kondratiuk expressed his criticism towards Andriy Danilko, to which he responded quite harshly. Anastasia Prykhodko also stated that she would not pay attention to the discussion and would continue to perform Russian songs.
