The Hellhound S3 Drone Increases Flight Range: New Opportunities for the Army.
Improvement of the Hellhound S3 Drone Characteristics
According to inkorr.com: The American company Cummings Aerospace has announced that their drone, the Hellhound S3, can now fly up to 60 kilometers, which is 20 kilometers more than before. This information is cited by the publication 'Khvylia,' referring to Defense Express.
During testing conducted in September, it was found that the drone can cover significantly larger distances even in slow mode. After 30 kilometers of flight, more than half of the fuel remained in the tank.
'It is actually quite surprising that the company has only now discovered that their drone can fly one and a half times further in another mode, since the Hellhound S3 was released in the spring of 2025,' the publication emphasizes.
Moreover, the drone's body is manufactured using a 3D printer, which reduces production time. The Hellhound S3 has the capability to attack both ground and air targets, providing new opportunities for infantry during combat.
Thus, the Hellhound S3 device from Cummings Aerospace has received significant enhancements, becoming capable of flying longer distances and hitting targets at various levels. This can be particularly useful for the military in different battlefield scenarios, as expanding tactical capabilities is always relevant in modern warfare.
