Russian Army intensified the offensive in the Kurakhiv direction.
Russian occupation forces are advancing in the Kurakhiv direction with the aim of creating a bridgehead and further offensive towards Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region. For this, they actively use aviation, artillery, mechanized units, and infantry. This was reported by the spokesman of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army "South" Serhiy Bratchuk.
According to Bratchuk, although the offensive is no longer as intense, the enemy still demonstrates rotational moments in the direction of Pokrovsk. However, the main direction for the enemy is Kurakhiv.
The spokesman emphasized that the enemy actively uses aviation, artillery, mechanized units, and infantry in the Kurakhiv direction, attempting to advance on this flank. He also noted that a difficult situation has developed in the areas of Vuhledar and Selidove, where all the strength of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is directed at preventing the enemy from advancing and not allowing him to expand influence.
