According to the operational-tactical group "Kharkiv", Russian troops have transitioned to a defensive position on the Kharkiv direction.
Staff Sergeant Kyrylo Duchko, who serves in the 13th Brigade of Operational Assignment "Khortytsia" (National Guard), reported that the occupiers are conducting a regrouping.
In order to reinforce the Russian army, they are transferring "Wagnerites" and former prisoners to the Kharkiv direction.
"We indeed see regrouping and reinforcements. That is, those Russian Federation units that were stationed in front of us since May are combat ineffective. They are being reinforced with "Wagner" and former prisoners. We see regrouping and reinforcements. We understand all the risks, take into account all "pros" and "cons" and are ready to repel at any moment," said Duchko.
