There is a severe shortage of equipment and personnel at the front: what is holding back the advance.
According to inkorr.com: Serious difficulties are arising at the front in Ukraine due to a lack of necessary resources. The military is facing a shortage of transport, drones, and qualified personnel, complicating the situation on the front line. For example, there are insufficient cars, which often become targets for enemy attacks, and there is also a shortage of reconnaissance drones and trained soldiers.
The Problem of the Human Factor
Analysts note that the human factor is becoming the biggest problem for the Ukrainian army, as the number of those willing to serve has significantly decreased after the first waves of mobilization. This has led to the situation where even the available technical means cannot be used at full capacity due to the lack of a sufficient number of qualified personnel. In this context, better-trained soldiers may prove to be more valuable than even the most modern weapons.
The situation at the front demonstrates that effective defense requires not only technical resources – the human factor also plays a key role. Overcoming these challenges will require efforts from both command and the state to attract and train new soldiers, which may have serious consequences for the ongoing struggle at the front.
