According to The Sun: After hefty spending during the summer transfer window, Arsenal has decided to make a surprise offer, aiming to sign 16-year-old Irishman Victor Ozyanvuna from Shamrock Rovers. The player will sign a pre-contract that will allow him to join the club in January 2027.

Shamrock Rovers will also receive another £1.73 million in case Ozyanvuna is sold in the future, as well as additional bonuses for club and international appearances.
On the pitch, Ozyanvuna has showcased his skills, playing 15 matches for Shamrock Rovers and notably debuting in European competitions. With parents from Russia and Nigeria, he has represented the Ireland U18 national team in friendly matches against Norway, Croatia, and Turkey.
