Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindrativ reported that during the audit of critically important enterprises, minor violations were found.
He shared this in an interview with Forbes Ukraine.
According to him, only 5% of enterprises lost this status.
In particular, the largest violations by companies were:
- sharp and unjustified reduction of employees' salaries after receiving the criticality status;
- use of various reservation models to increase the number of reserved employees;
- some regional criteria had formal signs;
- unjustified increase in the number of employees after the criticality status was determined, particularly in enterprises that can fill 100% of jobs.
Recall that the NBU published data on the net profit of banks since the beginning of the year.
