Automatic inclusion in military accounting

According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced that men aged 25 to 60 who were not previously registered will now be automatically enrolled in military accounting. Under the new rules, territorial recruitment and social support centers will have access to various data about these individuals.

Use of data for accounting

Lawyer Kateryna Anishchenko stated that information from the demographic register, including the place of registration and data from educational institutions, will be used to form the list of conscripted individuals. In addition, employers are required to cooperate with recruitment centers to verify this data.

'If there is no other data in the 'Reserve+' application, the man will be accounted for at the registered address,' emphasized the lawyer.

Compliance of the accounting address

It is important for the accounting address to match the actual place of residence, as otherwise legal difficulties may arise. If necessary, territorial recruitment centers will be able to access even citizens' medical documents, which has raised concerns among some experts.

Data collection system

It is planned that the new data collection system will cover information about education, health, and family status, which can be obtained from employers and banks. The possibility of amnesty for draft dodgers in Ukraine was also recently considered.

The introduction of automatic accounting of men for military service aims to enhance the efficiency of mobilization. The new data collection system will not only simplify the process but also provide more accurate information about citizens. This raises a number of questions regarding privacy and the use of personal data, which is especially important in the current situation in the country.
