Biden revealed Putin's main miscalculation regarding Ukraine.

U.S. President Joe Biden stated that Russia's strategic plans regarding Ukraine have failed and emphasized the strengthening of America's global position during his presidency.
He made this announcement during a speech at the U.S. State Department on January 13.
'Putin thought he would capture Kyiv in a matter of days. In reality, after the start of the war, I was in the center of Kyiv, not him,' the American leader stressed, adding that he became the only U.S. commander-in-chief to visit a war zone without the presence of American troops.
According to Biden, the U.S. managed to unite 50 countries in support of Ukraine, including, for the first Time, Asian nations. The president emphasized that Moscow failed to achieve any of its strategic goals: to conquer Ukraine, to break NATO unity, or to seize significant territories.
The American leader noted that the era after the Cold War has ended, and the U.S. has come out of the trials of the past four years significantly stronger. 'Compared to four years ago, America is stronger, our alliances are stronger, our enemies and competitors are weaker,' Biden emphasized.
