US President Joe Biden expressed concern about the presence of North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region.
According to the American leader, Ukraine has the right to respond with a strike if North Korean troops cross its border.
"It worries me," Biden said when asked about the presence of North Korean troops in the Kursk region.
The US president was also asked whether Ukrainian soldiers should respond with a strike.
"If they cross the border of Ukraine, then yes," Biden responded.
